David Voss

Quantum computers could potentially solve problems that conventional computers cannot. Constructing such a computer in reality, however, presents extreme challenges. As Voss discusses in his Perspective, two research groups have recently made important breakthroughs in building logic elements, which may someday be used in quantum computers.
